INDY, 21, AND CELIA, 20, FROM NETHERLANDS

HOW DO YOU GUYS CHOOSE WHAT CLOTHES TO TAKE ON HOLIDAY?
Indy:
I’m relaxed about what I take.  I’m easy going and just want to be comfortable.
Celia: I want to look good!  I want to be comfortable as well but looking fashionable is important.  I try to tell Indy what to wear – sometimes I get my way but not always!

DO YOU PACK TOGETHER?
Indy:
I choose with Celia’s help!  She does the packing into the bag.
Celia: I like to make sure everything is packed well and tidy!  I don’t want creases and I want to make sure I have everything we need.

HOW IS THE FASHION SCENE IN THE NETHERLANDS?
Celia:
People always try to dress well at home.  We have our own style and a lot of great designers and labels from around Europe to choose from.  Here on holiday it’s a bit more relaxed.
Indy: I think we are one of the leading countries in Europe for fashion.  You can choose any style you want.  In Amsterdam there’s so many good shops and such a mix of nationalities that you see many different styles.

DO YOU LIKE TO DRESS UP WHEN YOU GO OUT ON HOLIDAY?
Celia:
Of course!  It’s always nice to put on a nice dress and make-up and have fun night out.  When you look good going out you always feel good as well – and that’s what holidays are about!
Indy:  I don’t worry about it as much as Celia, but yeah, sometimes it’s good to put in some effort.  Maybe brush my hair haha!

ANY HOLIDAY FASHION DISASTERS?
Celia:
Yes here!  I did some washing at the hotel and had all my clothes and bikinis turn grey and brown!  I had to buy new clothes and throw out the ruined ones.  I wasn’t happy but at least there’s some good shops here in Chersonissos.
